I didn't read the directions properly when ordering this item and submitted the wrong artwork. I was immediately contacted by the staff who provided an alternative for me. Excellent Customer Service! This company did a great job in staying in touch with me providing updates on the status of this gift I was sending a friend. When it arrived it was beautiful and excellent workmanship.
