It is not necessary to use all engraving lines in the template. Regardless of the number of lines you enter, we will make sure that the engraving is centered and looks professional. We recommend a maximum of 25-30 characters per line for most trophies. The above design guide is only a representative sample. We will choose appropriate fonts and spacing for your trophies.

    Hi. I ordered multiple trophies through multiple transactions. The orders had special engraving, shipping, and billing instructions. I was able to communicate my complex requirements via email and follow up via phone call. Customer service was exceptional the entire time. Fast response and very nice "Yes We Can" attitudes. Reminds me of Disney. :-) Everything arrived on time, which precisely matched the graving instructions, with zero hassle. I love it! I will definitely be using Decade Awards again for all my award needs. Obviously, I'll definitely be recommending to others as well. I ordered this trophy to serve as our 2nd place trophies due to it's color. Very nice. Enjoyable bobble action too. I even had a few players from the championship team, comment that they wanted to toss the championship game, so that they could get this trophy instead. :-)

    What great service as usual...this year we had an issue with my post office losing the original trophy & not wanting to do anything about it... Julie from Decade Awards got another trophy engraved & out to me in two days & took over the postal complaint I had filed...thank you Decade Awards for assisting in another great year of Fantasy Football...my league salutes you!!
