Nice 3rd Place Trophy & Excellent Customer Service
Hi. I ordered multiple trophies through multiple transactions. The orders had special engraving, shipping, and billing instructions. I was able to communicate my complex requirements via email and follow up via phone call. Customer service was exceptional the entire time. Fast response and very nice "Yes We Can" attitudes. Reminds me of Disney. :-) Everything arrived on time, which precisely matched the graving instructions, with zero hassle. I love it! I will definitely be using Decade Awards again for all my award needs. Obviously, I'll definitely be recommending to others as well. Due to it's size compared to the other trophies that I ordered, and it's bronze like color, this was our 3rd place trophy. A nice cute trophy.
