Outstanding Service and Product
I googled "Halloween picture frame" and the Decade Awards site came up with the "Bats" frame shown. This was exactly what I wanted and the ordering was very easy and complete since you were able to specify size, orientation and year. I thought it would take a week or two to receive it but it was at my house in TWO days, exactly as I had requested. I was extremely happy with the product and service.
