crystal puck with base
I wish they used better font to engrave on the base And I had to change the logo on crustal puck four times up they could engrave it, once for not having related software to change color picture to black and white!!!! time arrangement was awful which took about 15 days for me to have my new year gift at January 23th!!

Excellent Customer Service
The crystal puck and base are exactly what I expected, but the customer service I recieved, to be sure the engraving was perfect, was exceptional. The correspondence back and forth was timely and friendly. I'm coming back!
