Excellent product and service
I ordered 33 trophies for my young singers, and thought I had entered all data correctly. As the awards were in transit, I realized I had made an error in data entry for one of the awards. When I called the office, they said it was likely the production team had caught it and corrected it before shipping, but that if they hadn't, a replacement plate could be sent to me. The awards arrived the next day, and sure enough, my error had been fixed. Very impressed by the quality of the item and the excellent customer service!
