This panorama, taken by Christopher Gjevre, captures the thrilling finale of the longest regular-season game in the storied history of the BIG EAST Conference between the Notre Dame Fightin' Irish® and the Louisville Cardinals in a matchup between two top-25 programs. The Fightin' Irish® and Cardinals have been known for their overtime battles, but this meeting was one for the record books. The game was decided in five overtimes before Notre Dame earned a sensational 104-101 victory. This game marked the sixth time in the last eight meetings that these two programs played past regulation. It was truly a memorable night at the Purcell Pavilion.
