Return Policy

At Decade Awards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are personalized with custom engraving, our return policy has some limitations.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or exchanges when:

• The item arrived damaged during shipping
• There is a manufacturing defect in the product
• We made an error in the engraving (wrong text, misspelling on our part)

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Items with customer-provided engraving text (please review carefully before ordering)
• Items that have been used or altered
• Orders placed more than 30 days ago

How to Request a Return

Contact us at sales@decadeawards.com or call 509-474-9530 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of any damage or defects.
