Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Decade Awards reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Please note that your credit card statement will show "Decade Awards" as the seller.
Engraving & Personalization
Please review all engraving text carefully before submitting your order and when approving digital proofs. Engraved items are custom-made and cannot be returned for errors in customer-provided text. If we make an error in engraving, we will correct it at no cost to you.
Shipping
We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected. Most orders are processed and engraved within 1–3 business days. We offer FREE ground shipping on orders over $95 within the contiguous United States. For complete details, see our Shipping and Returns page.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
International Shipments
Decade Awards ships to Canada and internationally via FedEx. International shipping rates include shipping method, brokerage fees, and estimated duties and taxes. Please contact us directly at 509-474-9530 for a shipping quote.
APO/FPO Addresses (US Military)
APO/FPO addresses can be shipped through our standard checkout process. We use USPS Priority or Express Mail for all APO/FPO addresses.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Most products ship the next day if ordered by 1 PM (PST), or in 2 business days if received after this time. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday are processed on the next available business day. If a product is out of stock, we will keep you informed. You may cancel your order at any time prior to production or shipping.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on products with manufacturing or workmanship defects within 30 days of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of incorrect product will also be accepted for return within 30 days. We cannot accept personalized products for return unless an error is determined to be our fault. For complete details, see our Return Policy.
Taxes
Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied based on your shipping address in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. For orders shipped to states where we do not collect sales tax, you (the buyer) are solely responsible for all applicable sales or use taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, Decade Awards shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the operation of or content on any such site.
Limitation of Liability
Decade Awards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Modifications to Terms
These conditions will supersede any terms and conditions you include with any purchase order. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Spokane County, Washington.
