Step 2: Upload Your Photo or Image - Pick a high-quality image for the best results.
Step 3: Add Text (Optional) - If you'd like to personalize the crystal with a message, type it in the “Add Text” box. Text will appear centered at the bottom inside the crystal. Most customers choose no text for a cleaner look, but it’s entirely up to you!
Step 4: Special Instructions (Optional) - Add any specific instructions for our graphic team to ensure your crystal comes out just as you envision.
Step 5:Add to Cart - Once you’ve finished customizing, simply press ADD TO CART.

After we receive your order, our graphic team will review your artwork and send you a digital proof via email within 1-2 business days. Once you approve the proof, we’ll send the crystal to our production team for engraving. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of artwork approval, ensuring a quick turnaround without compromising on quality.
