Most orders are processed and engraved within 1-3 business days. Complex orders may require additional time.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping – 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping – 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping – Next business day (order by 12pm PST)

Free Shipping

Orders over $95 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the continental United States.

Return Policy

Because our products are personalized with custom engraving, we cannot accept returns on engraved items unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect
• We made an error in the engraving
